Service and Parts Information

Service Information:

    MTS provides service on all makes of cotton module truck beds.  In addition to providing service and maintenance on the cotton module truck beds, MTS also provides service on the chassis. 

The Moultrie, Georgia service shop provides service for all makes and brands of trucks in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.  

The new shop in West Memphis, Ar. is providing service in Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana.  

The Lubbock, Tx. service shop provides the same service for all of the cotton areas in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California.

    The Lubbock service manager is Jim McCarley and Earnie Manley is service manager in Georgia.  Jim and Earnie are the most knowledgeable and experienced people in module truck repair with over 30 years of "hands on" experience each.  They have worked on every type and brand of cotton module trailer or truck that has ever been built.  Jim and Earnie are easily accessible. Just give them a call and they can help you with any problems or questions you may have. 

Brad Heitmann has returned to the Mid-South area as service manager of our West Memphis service shop.  He brings many, many years of experience in the manufacture and repair of the GLB cotton module track truck as well as all other brand trucks.

Parts Information:

    MTS maintains a well stocked parts department in both Lubbock and Georgia.  Ron Stuart is the parts department manager in Lubbock and Donna Wilson is the parts department manager in Georgia.  Either of these people can help you with your parts requirements. 

If you need a part, we will ship from either location to get your parts on their way as fast as possible.  If you need a part that is hard to find or obsolete, we can help find or build it, or recommend an alternative solution to get you up and running as quickly as possible.  All you have to do is contact us. We are the primary source for Reynolds Module Truck repair parts and we carry a large line of repair parts for the Greer Industrial Module Truck in the Lubbock Parts Department and all the repair parts for the GLB Track Trucks in our West Memphis, Ar. location..
